Ben Affleck is an actor who can pull off Batman

By Mac Hines

So I've seen a lot of haters post about their shock, aw, and disappointment abou Ben Affleck being cast as the new Batman. Some may find it shocking when I say this, but... So what???

When Heath Ledger was cast as The Joker, e
veryone made a big negative deal about it. Then when the movie came out they were applauding him.

Also, the BenAfflect has 2 oscars, and 1 BAFTA, another BAFTA nomination for best actor, a Golden Globe nomination for best actor, 2 SAG awards, and one SAG nomination. So I think there's a little bit of humility there. Think I'm wrong? Then ask yourself this? Whether you are an actor, director, or writer.

Has there ever... EVER... been a time when someone criticized you for your work? Because I can guarantee you that someone out there has.

The only thing hate posts like some stuff I've been seeing are revealing people' own ignorance.

You can think what you want, but I encourage you to look at things in different ways. You'll be better for it, not just as an artist, but as a person as well.

Whether you like this, or not, is up to you. But you should at the very least respect it. T
hen maybe you will learn to live in this business like a respectful and honorable man or woman. The mantle of Batman is an honor passed from person to person.

With that,
have a good day =]

***PS from Art Lynch:
He was Jack Ryan in "A Sum of All Fears"...and he nailed it..almost better than Baldwin in the "Red October"...as a Tom Clancy reader this is my two cents. If he can do Jack Ryan he can pull off Batman. Afterall Michael Keaton did.
